Baldwin Holdings Inc. and Chip Dip, LLC, wholly owned subsidiaries of The Housing Authority of the City of Bridgeport d/b/a Park City Communities (the Authority) intends to contract with one or more contractors to provide consistent, cost-effective landscaping services to maintain the curb appeal, safety, and environmental health of all properties within the 96-unit scatteredsite development. The contractor shall perform routine maintenance, seasonal services, and as-needed landscaping tasks across all designated addresses. Park City Communities also intends to contract with one of more contractors to provide consistent, cost-effective law care at 20 vacant lot locations. Areas of Responsibility: Baldwin Holdings Inc./ACAP CHIP DIP, LLC Multi and Single family homes Multi and Single family homes Parking Areas Parking Areas Sidewalks and Stairways Sidewalks and stairways. 1. Contractor shall visit each site on a regularly scheduled basis (weekly/biweekly, depending on the season). All work is to be performed Monday through Friday 7AM to 6PM and Saturday 8AM to 5PM. No work shall be done on Sunday without written permission. 2. Services shall be performed during daylight hours and in accordance with local noise ordinances. 3. Contractor shall supply all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary for the execution of the work. 4. All work must comply with applicable city, state, and federal regulations. The following services shall be performed at each site: 1. Mowing & Edging: Grass areas shall be mowed at a uniform heigh to maintain a neat and uniform appearance. Edging along sidewalks, driveways, curbs, must be performed with each mowing cycle. 2. Trimming & Pruning: Shrubs, bushes, and hedges shall be pruned to maintain shape and promote healthy growth. Tree branches shall be trimmed that obstruct walkways. 3. Weed Control: Weed removal in turf, flower beds, mulch beds, and cracks in sidewalks or pavement areas using manual or chemical means. 4. Litter & Debris Removal: Removal of leaves, branches, trash, and other debris from lawn areas, sidewalks, curbs, and planting beds.
