The national goal for participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) is 10%. The agencys overall goal for DBE participation is 9.90%. A contract goal of 9.90% DBE participation has been established for this procurement. The purpose of this project is to replace two existing 20-ton rooftop HVAC units with new 20-ton units, incorporating gas heating and two-stage cooling with economizers. The project includes the disconnection, removal, and disposal of the existing units, as well as the installation, testing, and commissioning of the new units in compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
