Damon Inc., with an awarded amount of $325,641.** The contract for the project generally involves pavement milling, base course repairs, and pavement resurfacing on Cedar Knoll Road, Deep Meadow Drive, Forest Lane, Heather Knoll Lane, Minquas Circle, Stackhouse Mill Road, Tomahawk Circle, Wakefield Court, and the Edgmont Township Building Parking Lot at 1000 Gradyville Road, Newtown Square, PA 19073. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates are applicable. Pennsylvania Act 127 (Public Works Employment Verification Act) requirements are applicable. The selected bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond, and Workmen's Compensation Insurance Certification. Contract time for substantial completion is 60 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Roads to be kept open to traffic and vehicle access to all driveways must be maintained.
