A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project consists of removing, replacing, and/or modifying the lighting and related infrastructure at the School District;s Auditorium, all as shown in more detail in the plans, drawings, and specifications prepared by Engineer Morrissey Engineering, Inc. Question Deadline 05/22/2025 Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents must be submitted by the Bidder in writing to Engineer Andrew Lang, PE, at alang@morrisseyengineering.com, and shall be received by the Engineer at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. A full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.Paid digital content is available via "Credit Card" payment method only. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes. *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
