Project Scope Summary: Removal of existing systems and installation of new addressable fire alarm panels, security alarm systems, notification devices, and integration with monitoring services Fire Alarm System: Replace existing fire alarm control panels with new addressable systems. Install new initiating and notification devices (pull stations, smoke/heat detectors, horns/strobes) as needed. Ensure full NFPA 72 and local/state code compliance. Perform full system programming, testing including monitoring, and certification. Provide training for district personnel. Security Alarm System: Replace existing intrusion alarm panels with modern systems. Install door/window sensors, motion detectors, and control keypads as needed. Test and provide integration with district-wide monitoring service. Allow for remote access/control where applicable. Ensure compliance with Michigan school security standards, laws, and codes.
