As of January 13, 2026, Project has been put on hold until RFP can be rewritten as scope has changed. Sealed proposals are requested for the installation of EV Charging Stations at the Parchment Middle School Bus Lot, 307 N. Riverview, Parchment, MI 49004. Three copies of the required documents must be provided, labeled as "EV Charging Stations." Documents can be mailed or hand delivered to Parchment School District, Attn: Cathy Lawson, Director of Finance, 520 N Orient St, Parchment, MI 49004. Emailed or faxed responses will not be accepted. Bids will be opened by an authorized district administrator in the presence of at least one witness. The project name must be included on the envelope, and all envelopes must be sealed. All proposals must adhere to the Bidding Documents. If discrepancies or doubts arise regarding the specifications or bid proposal form, bidders should contact Derek Menchinger, Facilities Manager, who will provide written instructions to all appropriate bidders.
