The project is awarded to RL Persons Construction with an awarded amount of 1,375,000.00. The project shall consist of constructing a new fire station to serve the City of Eminence Fire Department. The project shall generally consist of constructing a steel frame metal building and all associated building trades to include structural, concrete foundations and slab floor, electrical, water, sewer, gas, HVAC, doors, windows, finishes, etc. The project will also consist of site development to include site finish grading, asphalt and concrete pavement, concrete retaining walls, site utility connections, backup generator, stormwater, erosion control and vegetation establishment. Site Directions: From City Hall: Take Hwy 19 south 0.1 miles to College St. Turn West on College St, go 0.05 miles to Factory St. Turn south on Factory St. Go 0.2 miles south on Factory St. to project location on west side of Factory St. Site is a cleared lot next to the Eminence Manufacturing Facility. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
