The Summers County Commission, WV, is in the process of obtaining qualifications from consulting engineering firms interested in providing advice and services for the Forest Hill Water Extension Project. These services include, but are not limited to, project design and construction administration services for the provision of public water service to customers in the Forest Hill community. The consultant will work closely with the Summers County Commission, Region I Planning & Development Council, and other project team members. Please submit one (1) original, three (3) copies, and one (1) digital format submission of all requested information to Summers County Commission, and one (1) copy, and one (1) email submission to Region I PDC at the addresses listed below.
