Demolition and site work for a residential development in Hinton, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The CITY OF HINTON is requesting bids for the demolition of 3 individual properties within the municipal boundary . There will be asbestos inspections in these buildings , and the results will be available on request . Properties : 1) 105 Court Street 2 ) 24 Dove Lane 3 ) 16 Spruce HOLW (2 houses ) The City of Hinton request separate quotes on each property and that each quote be good for two months . The Quote must be to completely remove the structure to grade , transport all said debris to a qualified landfill , seed and remove any underground utilities and cap the sewer connection . The City of Hinton will award a contract with the individual /firm determined to be the most highly qualified in specifications and pricing . The City of Hinton reserves the right to reject any bids from individuals /firms and to make the award in any manner deemed by it , in its sole discretion , to be in the interest of the City of Hinton and in accordance with West Virginia State code .
