Construction of a Multi-use Trail The projects consist of construction of Ph. I of a (22431) linear feet/4.25 miles) multi-use trail. Construction items will consist of: clearing and grubbing, preparation and shaping of subbase, signs/posts (including maps) installed, drain repair, tread repair, bench cut grooming, inslope/shape, corner redo, (2) panel and post kiosk installed, construction and installation of (4) boardwalks. Trail must be built to IMBA standards and according to other applicable items as described in the plans and specifications. The County of Sevier encourages participation of small, minority, and woman owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, and construction, either as a general contractor or subcontractor. It is further requested that whenever possible, majority contractors who require sub-contractors seek qualified small, minority and woman owned businesses to partner with them. Work shall be completed within 9 months of bid selection. The County of Sevier reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
