Navajo Nation Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Program is Requesting for Proposal from all qualified Contractors or Business Entities for a Turn Key New Design and Built Modular Office Building meeting latest building codes, deliver and set Up, placing on engineer design concrete foundation pads, connecting all utilities services, and removing the existing modular building and disconnecting services, temporary storing office equipment and contents in Tuba City, Arizona. The Scope of Work consists of Designing and Building a new Modular Office Building consisting of approximately 2368 square feet with a Front Reception Space, 5 Offices Rooms, Network Room, 2 full Bathroom, 1 Conference Room, 1 storage room, IT Room, Small Kitchenette and design foundation. Also removing the existing office building and disconnecting all service lines, removing and reinstallation chain link fence, delivering and disposed of it properly. Set up the new building, installation of new skirting, rodent proofing underneath the new building, installing a new sewer line and waterline, site grading and reconnecting all the service line; electrical, phones and Metro E.
