The project also includes the addition of one-way bicycle lanes between rue Farwell and boul. Lionel-Groulx. Estimated budget is between $5,200,000 and $6,600,000. Project 2: Rue du Conseil between rue Bruno-Dandenault and rue Saint-Francois Sud. Estimated budget is $2,800,000. TIMELINE: Project design is ongoing. Timelines for a tender and construction are not finalized pending required approvals and funding confirmation. According to the owner's opinion the project construction may be postponed to 2027. Further update in fall 2026.
