In summary and without limitation, this project includes the following works: Complete renovation of the building's roof basins and replacement of roof drains. Replacement of windows with new aluminum ones with double-glazed sealed units, waterproofing of window openings. Complete replacement of the five skylights on the roof. Work in asbestos conditions for works (e.g. windows and skylights) in accordance with the asbestos estimate in industrial hygiene. Stripping of existing caulking joints in the granite facing and repointing with suitable mortar joints on the facades and parapets. Sporadic masonry repairs. Installation of a flagpole with steel structure and support. Replacement of missing washers of fixing screws and closing flashing of the metal covering of the mechanical lean-to. Replacement of exterior door seals around entrances. Associated work in mechanics, structure, electricity. Work items listed on the plans for the various disciplines. These include, among other things, the temporary removal/reinstallation or relocation of certain equipment and the removal of billboards/signage. Moving furniture off-site and putting it back in place after the work. Supply of 20 parking passes for temporary relocation of parking spaces impacted by the construction site. Four (4) samples of permanent window works shall be carried out on site, for which an air/water tightness test shall be carried out in situ by a specialized laboratory, engaged by BGIS/Professional. The contractor shall carry out the work and provide the necessary support to allow access by the laboratory to the Work.
