This project will fund traffic and safety improvements in downtown Grants Pass, including new traffic signals at 6th Street (OR99) and Midland Avenue, and at 7th Street and Park Street. The project also includes enhanced pedestrian crossings with flashing lights at several intersections, and upgrades to traffic signal systems to support a transit signal priority system. This project will help buses move more efficiently through the area and helps increase safe access to the transportation system. Work Type : OP-CARBON County - Josephine As of May 12 2025, the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated Fiscal year is 2027. ORDOT -Grants Pass Signal Upgrades *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP).
