Siding replacement and renovations to the Golden Jubilee Hall building located at 50 Perry Street, Sussex, NB. Work will include, but not limited to, demolition, excavation, trenching and backfill, precast concrete work, cast in place concrete, timber curbs, pre-finish wood siding and trims, rough carpentry, insulation, asphalt paving, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and landscaping.
