Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sussex, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project is in Sussex and generally involves, but is not necessarily limited to asphalt pulverization and milling, aggregate placement and compaction, placing base and seal asphalt, structure adjustments, sluice box installation, curb reinstatement, and restoration activities. The work will encompass the municipal streets of Magnolia Avenue, Chapman Drive and Elmview Avenue. A Bid Bond OR Certified Cheque, payable to Sussex, in the amount of 10% of the Total Amount Payable, must also accompany each Tender. Bidders must be registered with CBCL Limited by emailing abranscombe@cbcl.ca, 48 hours prior to the tender closing to have their bid submission accepted. Sussex reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
