Site work for a road / highway in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Work consists of 50mm Grind & Pave asphalt works within the City of Colwood. Below is the list of area quantities in square meters, please see the end of this document for a detailed description of the individual roads and depths. The City of Colwood reserves the right to limit the total quantity of square meters commissioned based on budgetary restrictions. Communication between the contractor and City will allow this selection to be refined and prioritized. 1) Bids shall include the cost for the completion of all outlined works within the specified time provided in a lump sum price that is inclusive of all costs in relation to this contracted service. 2) All extra work is to be approved by the Manager of Roads & Utilities, and will be based on quotation given per unit of measure, m2, for extra work.
