PROJECT SCOPE This project consists of a design-build rehabilitation of a steel beam bridge over Deer Creek in its current configuration, also including minor approach reconstruction. The total base bid project length is 0.05 miles. There is an addiitve alternate to replace the remaining guardrail in the area of the bridge if there is funding available. LOCATION Glade Run Road between Big Plain Circleville Road and Jones Marsh Road The undersigned, having full knowledge of the site, conceptual plans, addenda and specifications for the following improvements and the conditions of this proposal, hereby agrees to furnish all professional services, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the entire project, according to the conceptual plans, specifications, addenda and completion date, and to accept the unit prices specified for each item as full compensation for the work in this proposal. The Owner requires that all work associated with the project be completed before June 30, 2026. The estimated commencement of work date is July 1, 2025. DBE (8%), MBE (10.6%), WBE (6.9%),
