The Project includes the following Work The installation of water main extensions and connections within the Village along US Route 40. Question Deadline 10/20/2024 Questions received less than 4 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows A. Email Project Manager, (Jacob L. Bertke), (jlb@choiceoneengineering.com). If no response within 24 hours call (513-239-8554). A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 10 percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, letter of credit on a solvent bank, or a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids as well as Alternates, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids
