Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City seeks proposals in response to this RFP from entities qualified and experienced in the design, supply and installation of an accessible playground and a spray pad for Kinsmen Park South, located at 3310 Lakeview Avenue, Regina. The project will include the following elements, including, and not limited to the below: 1. Removal and replacement of the existing spray pad including a new Life Floor rubber surfacing. 2. Removal and replacement of the existing playground. 3. Landscaping in the park including the construction of a new toboggan hill. 4. Construction of an all-season washroom in the existing storage shed. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of approximately 4 months, with substantial performance of the Works set at October 31, 2025.
