* The project was not awarded due to the tender being significantly over budget. Water Security Agency is undertaking replacement work on a 90-year old timber box flume located approximately 75 km South of Maple Creek in SW 1/4 21-06-27 W3M, immediately west of the Cypress Reservoir. The flume carries water from Oxarat Creek to the south side of the West Diversion Canal to service approximately 399 acres of flood irrigation. The existing flume is to be removed and disposed of, and the new CSP aerial crossing is to be constructed in its place.
