Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
* Owner does not release Bid Amount at this time. Project will be updated once Awarded Contractor details are announced. The City of Regina seeks entities qualified and experienced in constructing sidewalks in the City of Regina. The 2025 Pedestrian Improvements contract includes sidewalk construction projects for a combined length of approximately 2 km of new sidewalks as well as approximately 0.4 km of sidewalk repairs. The major areas of Work includes, but is not limited to below: Concrete slab removal and gutter removal; excavation and saw cutting; installing a new sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, etc. Water and sewer improvements including installing catch basins or adjusting them, rebuilding manholes and/or their adjustment.
