Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

St. Joan of Arc School - Roof Sections 2, 3 and 4. The work will include for the removal of approximately 16,325 ft2 (1,516 m2) of existing BUR roof system and the installation of a new SBS roof system. The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin on June 30, 2025; the completion date is December 15, 2025. Electronic Copies of the Tender Documents are available at www.rmiseng.ca under the Contractors link. For questions, contact engineering@rmiseng.ca. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid. This project is being professionally managed on behalf of Regina Catholic School Division by RMIS.
