REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR Mechanical and Electrical FIRMS Groathouse Construction, Inc., State of Wyoming, and Northwest College, request mechanical and electrical proposals for work on the Orendorff Building, Powell, WY. Prevailing Wages will apply on this project as defined by Wyoming State Statutes Section 27-4- 401, et seq. Wyoming Preference will apply on this project as defined by Wyoming State Statutes Section 16-6-101, et seq. This project is currently at the 95% CD phase. The project is scheduled to last approximately 8 months starting construction in September 2025. The selected company will be required to provide pre-construction services including a Guaranteed Maximum Price and if accepted, follow through with construction of the project.
