Renovation of a swimming pool in Powell, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
1. Install a 60-mil roofing system, either TPO single ply membrane or 60-mil silicone or polyurethane fluid-applied membrane roofing system according to the manufacturer's specifications, including: 2. Remove and dispose of existing roof membrane down to the existing cover board per manufacturer specifications (in the case of TPO) or remove loose walk-pads and clean existing roof membrane per manufacturer specifications (in the case of fluid-applied). 3. Flash all roof penetrations utilizing standard manufacturer-approved details. 4. Remove existing metal cap flashing and save for reuse. 5. Flash all parapet walls full height and across the top with adhered or fluid-applied membrane flashing/roofing. 6. Re-install the existing metal cap flashing. 7. Remove all construction debris from the site and dispose of all rubbish properly. The City of Powell reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informality in any bid received.
