Level III CMAR Preconstruction Services for the Northwest College Orendorff Building Infrastructure located in Powell, Wyoming. Question Deadline 12/03/2024 at 12:00 PM MT Written questions about the procurement process should be submitted to Public Purchase at Online. This project will consist of professional CMAR Pre-Construction services with the possibility for full CMAR services for the Capital Renewal of the Orendorff building at the Northwest College (NWC). The consultant will work with the Wyoming State Construction Department, Construction Management Division and Northwest College (NWC) in designing and estimating the Capital Renewal project which will be approximately 34,260 of updated space. This is not a request for bid. The State of Wyoming is not obligated to award any contract.
