Renovation of an educational facility in Powell, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Northwest College, Powell, Wyoming will receive sealed proposals from Prime Contractors for the furnishing of labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of the following project: CABRE BUILDING MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL RENOVATIONS Northwest College Powell, Wyoming Bids will be received for a single General Contract that shall furnish and install all equipment, material, and labor necessary and incidental for complete and operable systems for the following work: Replacement of the existing heating water plant; Replacement of the existing visual arts air handler; Replacement of the existing locker room and courts air handlers; Replacement of an existing water heater and exhaust fan; Replacement of select electrical gear and all electrical panels; including all work related to replacement of the above. A five percent (5%) preference will be given to resident Wyoming Contractors in accordance with the applicable State Statutes. Resident contractors shall be certified as such by the Wyoming Department of Employment at the time of the bid opening. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids, except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the proposal which best serves the interest of the Owner
