Clark's Fork Fish Hatchery Residential Roofing project located in Powell, Wyoming. Question Deadline 02/27/2025 at 1:00 PM MT All questions shall be submitted online The project will consist of new metal roof installation services at two fish hatchery houses, owned by the Agency. Houses are located at the Clark's Fork Hatchery, Res #2 (30 Hatchery Road) and Res #3 (36 Hatchery Road), Powell, WY 82435. Due to budget constraints, the Agency may choose to award a bid for only one roof replacement, as opposed to both. Each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if the bid is $150,000.00 or more, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. A bid bond is acceptable ONLY if the bidder should be awarded the contract, and provides a 100% Performance and Payment Bond.
