Renovation of a mixed-use development in Powell, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Please see Invitation to Bid regarding how to obtain project documents. Bids will be received for a single General Contract by a qualified prime roofing contracting firm with 10- years (minimum) documented experience for a full tear off to deck of existing roofing system and installation of new KEE membrane roofing system with 3 projects of similar scope and size within the last 3-years: including all specified roofing materials. Must be manufacture certified contractor for all systems specified. Park County School District #1, Powell, Wyoming will receive sealed proposals from General Contractors for the furnishing of labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of the following project: RE-ROOF PROJECTS FOR Administration Building & Shoshone Learning Center Park County School District #1 Powell, Wyoming Bids shall be accompanied by bid security in accordance with Instructions to Bidders in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish to Nelson Architects, LLC, within ten (10) days of the bid's acceptance, Performance, Labor and Material Bonds, each in an amount not less than 100% of the contract sum, and as authorized by Wyoming Statutes Section 16-6-112 (as amended) The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the proposal which best serves the interest of the Owner.
