A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Belen is requesting bids to renovate the City of Belen Police Headquarters in the City of Belen, which comprises an approximately 4,925 SF, single-story building (Building 'A'); an approximately 4,240 SF single story building (Building 'B'), site improvements including a premanufactured metal building, grading and drainage, utilities, paving, concrete, signage and striping, lighting, fencing and gates, security cameras and access controls, and landscaping and irrigation.
