Site work for a water / sewer project in Belen, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 01, 2026, project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Drill and case a new 12-inch diameter, 600-foot deep well; equip the well with a submersible pump and motor; construct yard piping including well purge and relocated backflow preventer in hotbox; install a flow meter, check valve and air vac valve in underground vault; install a new sodium hypochlorite generation system in the existing wellhouse; demolish the existing gas chlorine system; install Owner-furnished VFDs for booster pumps; and construct wellhouse modifications. For requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
