Franklin Street to the Carrabelle River Bridge. Other improvements include sections of roadway reconstruction, sidewalk construction, paved shoulder construction, guardrail improvements, cross slope correction, and resurfacing of the shared use path near Carrabelle Beach Park. This project will also receive upgrades to signing and pavement markings along SR 30 (US 98/319) and on the Carrabelle River Bridge. (FPID: 445761-1-52-02) consists of Signing and Pavement Marking Safety Improvements within the project limits. (FPID: 445761-1-52-03) consists of replacing two box culverts with bridge culverts: BR 490038 (MP 170112) and BR 490039 (MP 18.005) and will require the use of temporary signals as part of the staged construction. Other improvements include the addition of Articulated Concrete Block (ACB) along the project limits where none currently exist and multiple cross drain replacements.
