Description: Pursuant to Section 287.055. Florida Statutes (F.S.), and Chapter 6A-2.0010, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) the Franklin County School Board (Board) is seeking Professional Architectural Consulting Services for the Franklin County K-12 School, Building 300, Remodeling and Renovations Project. The Board is seeking the most qualified Firm to provide Professional Architectural Consulting Services and work with the Board's Facilities Department to complete the project described below. Firms may provide certification or experience with Florida Department of Education, SREF. Prospective Architectural Firms shall include Engineering (subconsultants or on staff) to complete the scope of work. Project Scope :The Board's Facilities Department will receive and consider proposals from prospective Architectural Design Firms for the planning and design of converting Building 300 Elementary Classroom Space at the Franklin County K-12 School to School Board Administrative Office Space, including a School Board Meeting Room. The proposed project is located at 1250 US Highway 98, Eastpoint, FL, 32328. Project remodeling and renovations are anticipated to include, but are not limited to, administrative office spaces, conference/meeting rooms, a school board meeting room, storage space, an Adult Education Classroom, and revising current building access (fencing, sidewalks, etc.).
