The Developer whose Proposal is selected for the 600 Food Center Drive Site would be required to enter into a lease with the City of New York, acting by and through the Department of Small Business Services (the "City Solar PV Systems Lease"). Bathgate 2 Site and Bathgate 3 Site (collectively, the Bathgate Sites) o Bathgate 2 Site or Site 2- 1625 Bathgate Avenue, Bronx, NY 10457 (Block/Lot, 2914/1) o Bathgate 3 Site" or Site 3- 1701 Bathgate Avenue, Bronx, NY 10457 (Block/Lot, 2915/1) The Developer whose Proposal is selected for the Bathgate Sites would be required to enter into a lease with the New York City Economic Development Corporation (the NYCEDC Solar PV Systems Leases). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
