Question Acceptance Deadline- 2025/05/29 12:00:00 AM EDT The RISE Program will address capital renewal projects across the St. George campus and its satellite facilities (e.g. U of T Institute for Aerospace Studies) only. The successful Proponent will provide elevator / lift surveys, studies, reports, studies, asset condition reviews, design/bid document preparation, tendering support, contract administration (project management/site reviews and project coordination), and close out services for projects executed under the RISE Program. The Services will include: UofT Elevator Design and Commissioning Standard Equipment Audit and Report Modernization Consulting Major Repair Project Completion: April 2028. The University reserves the following rights, which each of the Proponents acknowledges and agrees to accept as a condition of participating in this RFP process: i. accept or reject any Proposal, including the lowest priced Proposal Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
