Reference Number 0000293505 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/28 02:00:00 PM EDT The University is conducting an RFP for Antenna Bases & Drive Arc Assemblies for CHORD project. The Canadian Hydrogen Observatory and Radio-Transient Detector (CHORD) Project requires a Supplier to fabricate and deliver 480 Bases and 480 Drive Arc Assemblies. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated. If bonds are requested in the Procurement Documents or if the Contract Price for the Work is equal to or greater than $500,000.00, the Contractor shall, prior to commencement of the Work provide the University with security in the form of: (i) a performance bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price in the form prescribed by the Construction Act (Ontario) (Form 32); and (ii) a labour and material payment bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price in the form prescribed by the Construction Act (Ontario) (Form 31).
