In accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, Citrus County, Florida ("County") is requesting interested firms to submit Statement of Qualifications to provide Engineering, Architectural, Surveying, Mapping and related services in the professional disciplines noted below. County intends to select and enter a "continuing contract" arrangement with up to a maximum of six (6) General Civil/Transportation/Storm water Engineering, six (6) Aviation/Airport Engineering, four (4) Architecture, three (3) Geo-technical Engineering/Environmental Scientist/Construction Administration, and four (4) Professional Land Surveying consultants. Deadline for Questions:June 5, 2025, 4:00pm Respondents may submit questions about the meaning or intent of the Request for Qualifications or Agreement to the website link . Board Approval of Selection and Award (subject to change):September 9, 2025 Public Tally Meeting Date July 24, 2025 10:00am If award is made, an Agreement shall be executed for a term of three (3) years. Projects assigned to awarded Consultant shall be through a "Work Authorization", which shall be considered a "sub-agreement" to the Master Agreement whereby County and Consultant mutually agree to scope, schedule and price for a project that is assigned to consultant. Work Authorizations can be issued to Consultant by any County Representative authorized to do so, with the oversight of County's Purchasing Section.
