Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a service station / car wash facility; for site work for a service station / car wash facility; and water / sewer project.

Phase 1 - demolish existing buildings, including foundations and utilities (at 1701/1707 Metropolitan Parkway), Phase 2 - redevelop the area in the location where buildings have been removed and convert into an extension of adjacent school bus parking depot (at 1701/1707 Metropolitan Parkway), Phase 3 - demolish existing A.D. Williams ES buildings, including foundations and utilities (at 1065 Wilkes Circle). SCOPE OF WORK: Erosion & Sediment Control Subcontractor has satisfied himself, by his own investigation and research, regarding all of the conditions affecting the work to be done and materials to be furnished, and as to the meaning and intention of the Plans and Specifications, the General Conditions and Addenda thereto, referred to herein, and in signing this Subcontract Agreement, Subcontractor agrees to be bound to Contractor and to assume toward Contractor all of the obligations and responsibilities that Contractor has assumed toward Owner with respect to the Contract Documents and to the extent of Subcontractor's scope of work. Subcontractor agrees to provide at his own cost and expense all labor, materials including taxes and delivery to jobsite, machinery, tools, scaffolding, hoisting facilities, storage, and any other items necessary to timely and fully complete the following work in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. If Subcontractor, during its work, encounters 1) subsurface conditions or latent physical conditions which differ from those indicated on Contract Documents or 2) unknown physical conditions of an unusual nature, differing from those ordinarily encountered, then Subcontractor shall be entitled to an equitable price and schedule adjustment per Article 6. This subcontract agreement is based on all plans and specifications, with notes and clarifications as noted below. Notes under each scope are meant to further define each scope but are not all inclusive. A complete system is required for each scope as defined by the contract documents. o Erosion and Sediment Control shall also be as indicated on the drawings including: o Erosion Control per Vertical Demolition Plans C2.0 - C3.1 Scope includes installation and maintenance o Scope includes co-ordination with demo contractor Any reference to "General Contractor" on the demo drawings shall mean Subcontractor Locations- (DEMOLITION) 1701/1707 Metropolitan Parkway SW, Atlanta, Ga 30315 (DEMOLITION) A.D.
