Renovation of a municipal facility in Leaf Rapids, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to supply/install/replace exterior doors in three locations (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) at the Leaf Rapids Town Center in Leaf Rapids, Manitoba. The work shall encompass the replacement of exterior doors including the removal and preparation as well as supply and installation of frame, doors and hardware. The replacement doors shall meet emergency egress requirements and increase building security through the use of heavy duty material and security astragals to resist prying or tampering. The Contractor shall achieve Total Performance by September 26, 2025. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
