Reference Number 0000302106 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/09/16 12:00:00 PM CDT Rehabilitation of existing bridge over the Churchill River on PR 391, located in NW Section 31, Township 86, Range 16W, Town of Leaf Rapids, Bridge Site No. 3329-00. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Completion All Work Including Removal of Any Temporary Traffic Control and Installation of All Permanent Roadway Safety Devices to Allow Full Opening to Traffic Shall Be Completed by No Later Than September 27, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Notwithstanding the Specification for Liquidated Damages, Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed for Each and Every Calendar Day (Including During Spring Road Restrictions and Fish Spawning Restrictions) That the Contractor Has Not Completed the Work After the Completion Date.
