Renovation of a transportation facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
This project encompasses renovations and improvements of the existing HVAC system of the Administration Building located at 2815 Taylorsville Rd. Projects will include modifications to the existing HVAC systems to address negative pressure in the building. The intent of the Contract Documents is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the Project. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, Materials, Equipment, tools, transportation, and Supplies required to complete the Project in accordance with the terms and intention of the Contract Documents. Zero percent ( 0 %) to be performed by DBEs. Bid(10%), Performance(100%), Payment(100%) Completion- 45 Calendar Days Q/A- Any questions from the prospective Bidders will be accepted in writing until 12:00PM local time on Thursday May 22, 2025 after which no questions will be answered. Questions submitted should be directed to Engineering@flylouisville.com. All questions must be put on the Bid Question Form (see Attachment #7).
