The allotted time for construction is 150 Calendar Days. This Project is being Funded bythe Carter County ARP Funds. All Minority and Women-ownedcontractors are encouraged toparticipate. No bidder may withdraw his bidwithin 30 days after the actualdate of the submittal thereof. The OWNER reserves the rightto waiver any informalities or reject all bids.
