Reference Number 0000386858 Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required Bid Bond - 5 % Performance Bond - 100 % Payment Bond - 100 % The work consists of performing associated work relating to traffic signals, street lights, and other miscellaneous electrical work pertaining to these systems based on unit prices set forth in this Proposal. This work will be performed using a Work Order system to track all projects. The contractor shall agree to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d, et seq.), and the Tennessee Department of Transportation Implementing Regulations (49 CFR Part 21). Attached you will find a Drug-Free Workplace Affidavit, an Attestation of Illegal Aliens, an Iran Divestment Act Certification, a Non-Boycott of Israel Affidavit and a copy of the City's Contractor's Safety Program. All must be filled out, signed and returned with your bid. Failure to do so will result in your bid being rejected.
