Reference Number 0000387389 Questions are submitted online No Various Types of Asphaltic Hot Mix The City of Clarksville, Street Department is seeking bids for Asphaltic Hot Mix in gradations "CW", "BM", "CS", "411-E", "A", "AS", "D" and Cold Mix to be picked up at the plant by Clarksville Street Department trucks. Prices shall be extended to all city departments. Asphaltic hot mix shall conform to gradation and type of composition of materials as set forth in Section 903 and 904 of the Tennessee Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, March 1, 1995 Edition. All asphaltic hot mix shall be produced using virgin materials. No use of recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) will be allowed.
