Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,372-square-foot, 14-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified to participate in a solicitation for the supply of Desing Build Services for 14 storey concrete supportive housing building. The Design-Builder shall perform all construction services required to complete the project, including but not limited to: Site preparation, including excavation, grading, and utilities installation. Provide all preliminaries, site setup, health and safety, welfare, overheads, plant, equipment, security, excavation, grading, utilities installation, office setup, and site supervision for the construction. Construction of 14 Storey concrete building in accordance with the approved design documents, specifications, and construction schedule. Management and coordination of all subcontractors and suppliers involved in the project. Implementation of safety programs and adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations. Provision of temporary utilities, security, and site management throughout the construction process. Testing, inspections, and quality control to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements. Implementation of all necessary environmental protection measures and practices, including erosion control, dust suppression, and waste management.
