Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The work includes Fire Restoration, Elevator Modernization and Lighting Upgrades. Fire Restoration Units and hallways on the second floor in the fire zone have been abated. Restore fire zone area to occupiable condition to including structural repairs, kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, flooring, painting etc detailed in Appendix E specifications and drawings. Elevator Modernization All 4 elevators to undergo modernization, phased one at a time. Lighting Upgrades Replace all lighting with LED.
