The Massachusetts Maritime Academy (MMA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from vendors for IFB 25-07 HVAC SemiAnnual Preventative Maintenance (PM) as specifically described in the IFB The scope ofthe project is to perform selective preventative maintenance to the Massachusetts Maritime Academy (MMA) HVAC Systems across campus as detailed in IFB 25-07. MMA is looking to enter into an agreement in June 2025 with the preventative maintenance to be completed semiannually beginning in July 2025 & January 2026 and on the same schedule over the course of 3 years. The preliminary wage rate requirements for this Contract are listed as part ofthe bid document. The semiannual PM work is expected to start in July 2025 over 2 consecutive weeks and again in January 2026 on a similar 2 consecutive week schedule. All IFB 25-07 related questions should be submitted via email to procurement@maritime.edu by May 20th, 2025,2 PM.
