The Contractor shall furnish all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, nonconsumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to perform inspection, maintenance, repair services on the two (2) York Centrifugal Chiller Systems specified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California State Prison - Corcoran (COR) hereafter referred to as the State. Anticipated Date for Commencement of Services July 1, 2025 Term End Date of Agreement June 30, 2028 B General Building Contractor C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor Question Deadline 05/15/2025 Any letters of inquiry must be submitted by email to allow CDCR time to research and prepare a response. Submit your letter of inquiry by the date specified in the Projected Timetable Section of this IFB directly to Krystal Walker, Contracts Management Branch, by E-mail: krystal.walker@cdcr.ca.gov. Inquiries received after this date will only be addressed at CDCR's discretion. The State does not expressly or by implication agree that the actual amount of work will correspond therewith and reserves the right to omit portions of the work as may be deemed necessary or advisable by the State. The State reserves the right to request clarification of any documents included with this bid. The State reserves its right to seek any and all relief to which it may be entitled to as a result of such non-disclosure.
