WORK SITES: North Lake, Olive Court & Vista Court The project generally consists of the resurfacing of North Lake, Olive Court & Vista Court as well as concrete and drainage improvements if and where ordered. Approximate construction quantities in this project include 11,000 SY of HMA Milling, 1,400 TN of HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course and other associated work. Bid Guarantee is required in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount indicated in the Bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). 10.
