The remodel includes an 11,400-square-foot addition to the current garage, as well as: A new full pass-through wash bay and three additional full pass-through parking bays Conversion of the existing wash bay into a new department of public works office space, ADA-compliant restrooms and storage space A full upgrade to the vehicle exhaust removal system in the current garage Resurfacing of the existing garage’s concrete floor with a new resinous floor system "The mechanical systems and equipment that will be placed in this building will provide essential space and infrastructure needed to maintain and improve the services that make this community thrive.
